12-16 Standard Effect Tier 2
17+ Peak Effect Tier 3
Natural 19 or 20 Critical Success (Additional Main Action)*

*Critical Hits only gain a bonus Main Action if the Ability Roll was made as a Main Action.

Test pg. 250 (Anything not tied to an Ability) – 2d10+Characteristic+Skill (if you got a relevant skill)

Downgrade pg. 4 – Can downgrade a Higher Tier to a lower Tier. A downgraded Critical still gain a Bonus Action.

Double Bane -1 Tier

Edges and Banes cancel each other out one for one.

Bonuses and Penalties

Calculated independently of Edges and Banes.

No Limit.

Added together.

 

Automatic Tier Outcomes

Ignore Edges, Banes, Bonuses and Penalties

Multiple Effects that grant you different Tiers they cancel each other out and all Automatic Outcomes are Ignored.

May still roll if the Power Roll would have had additional effects (Like a Critical).
